Almost everything written about AI lives on the easy side
There’s a huge gap between building one AI agent in a lab and putting an entire team of them to run a real company, with suppliers to pay and customers waiting on a reply every day. I chose the hard side on purpose: my two pizzerias are paying the bill.
Dáme and Lov aren’t hypotheticals. Over the last few months I started rebuilding their operation around a team of agents: finance, marketing, operations, customer service, data. This isn’t AI helping me with a task here and there. It’s the whole company being reorganized to run with AI at the center, and the pizzerias are where I prove it the hard way before taking it outside.
Keeping the edge would be the obvious route
The question people ask me is why expose it, instead of keeping it. That would be the obvious route: close the process, sell the result, leave the method in the shadows. But kept in a drawer, nothing forces me to close the reasoning.
Every time I try to explain a decision to a reader who isn’t inside my head, the hole shows up. I’ve thrown out entire agents mid-way through writing about them, because the logic didn’t hold up on paper. The text is the quality control of the thinking. Writing in public isn’t the cost of doing this: it’s part of doing it right.
Each post is proof, not an ad
The rest follows. I don’t need to convince anyone it works: the page is the proof. Whoever shows up shows up already convinced, with the whole track record in front of them. And I leave the map open on purpose.

No get-rich-quick promises, no theory from someone who never ran anything. The first agent in production was the one that watches my WhatsApp, wired to the Digital Cortex that serves as memory for the others.
